Partner terms
Version 2026-09-v1 · Effective for salon partners on BMSAH
1. Platform fees
BMSAH does not charge a monthly subscription. Partners pay a platform fee only on completed service bookings and product orders. Cancelled or no-show orders are not charged a platform fee.
- Service bookings (launch): 8%
- Product orders (launch): 4%
- Planned later rates: services 10%, products 5%
2. Pricing control
Partners set their own service and product prices. Customers see the salon’s listed amounts. BMSAH does not add a separate booking fee for customers.
3. Settlements
Net earnings after platform fees are tracked in the partner app. Payouts are settled periodically (typically weekly) as arranged with BMSAH operations.
4. Rate changes
BMSAH may update platform fee rates. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice. Partners may need to accept an updated terms version in the partner app.
5. Acceptance
Continued use of the BMSAH partner app after accepting these terms constitutes agreement to the fee structure and rules above.
