How we handle information on Book My Salon At Home
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking and order information, payment transaction data processed via PayU, salon profile data for partners, and basic device/app usage needed to run the service.
How we use it
To create and manage bookings and product orders, connect customers with salons, collect payments through PayU, process platform fees and salon payouts, send status notifications, and improve reliability and support.
Sharing
Relevant booking or order details are shared with the salon fulfilling the request. We do not sell personal data. Service providers (hosting, PayU payments) may process data only to operate BMSAH.
Your choices
You may request access or correction of your account information by contacting BMSAH support. Partners manage salon catalog and profile data inside the partner app.
